2.Registration and Payment:
a. Participants must complete the registration process and make the required payment to secure a spot in the webinar.
b. Payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise explicitly stated in our refund policy.
c. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a webinar, in which case participants will be notified and offered an alternative date or a refund.
3. Participant Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the webinar. Harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior towards presenters or other participants will not be tolerated.
b. Participants are prohibited from sharing their webinar access credentials with others. Each participant must register individually and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

a. Our webinars are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the webinar content.
b. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or participation in our webinars.
c. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information or opinions expressed by presenters or participants during the webinars.
